Frequently Asked Questions

What is NEXT U and what can it create?

NEXT U is a guided AI ad-creation platform that generates ad copy, images, video, and music in one flow. The whole process runs on four steps — upload your product, generate copy and storyboard, produce video and music, then auto-edit into a finished cut — so you just provide product details and go from concept to final ad. The interface supports Traditional Chinese, English, Japanese, and Korean, making it ideal for e-commerce, brands, and solo creators who need social ad creative fast.

How does pricing work? Is a subscription required?

1 credit = US$0.01, with no monthly subscription — it's pay-as-you-go, so you pay only for what you use. After topping up, credits are deducted per generated item and charged only on success; failed generations are refunded automatically. Credits expire in 90–365 days depending on the plan and are used first-expiring-first (FIFO). Unused single top-ups are covered by a 7-day review period with a full refund (all-or-nothing). See the Buy and Credit Validity pages for details.

Can I use it with no design or video-editing experience?

Yes — the entire flow is guided, so no design or editing background is required. It walks you step by step through copy, image selection, video generation, and music, with sensible defaults and prompts at each step, then auto-edits everything into a finished cut so beginners can produce a complete ad.

What ad formats can it produce?

It produces the image and video ads common on social platforms, in both vertical and horizontal layouts. Matching copy and music are generated automatically, the final cut is exported as MP4, and all assets are downloadable — suited to channels like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

Can I use the output commercially? Who owns it?

Yes, it's cleared for commercial use. You retain the rights to your uploads and generated content and may use them commercially, subject to the underlying AI providers' terms (including their commercial-use conditions) and local law. Please confirm asset licensing and content compliance before use — see the Terms of Service.
