We collect account information such as your email address and name, source material you upload, assets generated through the Service and their metadata, transaction records and credit ledger entries, and basic usage and diagnostic logs.

Collected data is used to provide and bill the Service, generate and deliver your assets, prevent abuse and fraud, maintain financial records, and support you as a user.

To operate and bill the Service, we rely on third-party processors that handle data only as necessary. These include cloud authentication, database and private storage providers, media hosting and content delivery networks, AI generation providers, and payment service providers. Payment credentials are entered directly on the provider’s secure pages; we do not collect or store your card details.

Source material you upload is stored in private, account-isolated storage buckets and accessed only through short-lived signed URLs. Master videos are delivered exclusively via signed URLs restricted to the account owner.

Account and financial records are retained as required by accounting and legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and personal source material, subject to records we are legally required to keep.

We use essential cookies for authentication sessions and language preferences. We also use analytics and advertising tools — including the Meta (Facebook) Pixel — to measure how our ads perform and how the Service is used; these may set cookies and share limited event data, such as page views, with the respective providers. You can opt out through your browser settings or, for Meta, through your Facebook ad preferences. We adopt privacy-preserving defaults and do not sell personal data.
